3. Pricing and Payments

Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services. b. 7. Termination of Services

a. Termination by Client: Clients may terminate services at any time by providing written notice. Any outstanding fees must be settled before termination. b. Termination by Bold Lead Connection: We reserve the right to terminate services if clients breach these terms and conditions or engage in activities that may harm our reputation.

2. Lead Generation Services

a. Quality Assurance: We strive to provide high-quality telemarketed final expense life insurance leads. However, we cannot guarantee the success or conversion of leads, as this is influenced by various factors beyond our control. b. Lead Information Accuracy: While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of lead information, we do not guarantee the correctness of the data provided. It is the responsibility of the client to verify and validate lead details.

4. Lead Replacement

a. Non-Responsive Leads: Leads deemed non-responsive or uncontactable beyond a specified period may be eligible for replacement. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming.
